🗣 – First main task before picking up passengers is I make a daily play list and update my monthly playlist on YouTube
🗣 – Next I updated the way I take notes so every uber ride has passenger name, date, time and notes when ride starts and when ride ends.

Mr. Mark was very nice and he was on time. 106 degree temperature so I did not expect him to be waiting outside. Right when I got to his home he came out and when he got to my car. He asked me to move forward because he didn’t want to step on the grass.
I said no problem. Old white guy with a cane is going to be clear about what he wants and needs. We did th normally, hello hi and then he called his wife or his daughter and said ”sweetie I will be home in 1 hour after his appointment.”
The gentleman was nice and kind. We did not talk but he said thank you and he will leave a little something in the app.
As I was dropping him off I got the next $5 ride. I accepted it because I’m in a new to palm springs california and when i drive new city and its slow

Right after I pick him up he asked me to make a u-turn call because its faster and uber app was saying to go forward.
I noticed a car was right behind me so I waited and avoided an accident on dashcam.
This basically means it is a personality a type of person in my car.
Once I understood that I also understood that when I get close to dropping him off he will also give me more directions and that is exactly what he did. John asked me to make a left turn. lol, app was correct but I said ok.
After I drop him off I got my next uber XL ride for $5 and its PINKY

5 asian older ladies were having a hard time figuring out who’s going to sit in the back row but they eventually figured it out.
During The ride I got the next $5 five dollar ride so Palm Springs is basically lots of little rides so and I’ve decided to just drive Uber XL
We spoke a bit about the local casinos and they love to go there when its hot and hard to walk around out doors like today.

Six people in Palm Springs that finished dinner.
Talkin about a YouTube channel and an episode that their son was watching and you know they have to be careful because if he see something on YouTube you’ll actually do it. Listen to the video or watch it to finf out what show on you-Tube yhey are talking about.
I also got another $5 ride while I was picking this person up.

My question to Uber ppl and the elite here is. I just dropped off six people that drank that had a great time. Why are they allowed to order a $5 ride? When they’re out here drinking and partying and having a phenomenal time and you’re paying the drivers 5 to $7 a ride makes no sense to me?
6 people in a car suv to take them home safe after drinking and a good time and you pay your drivers $5 ?
And the next ride is another $5 ride like understand these people here on vacation.
They need to get home safelyand I need to take six Passengers home in a city that is on vacation.
How are we independent contractor ? I would charge 6 people $15 to $20 to take them home after drinking and when they spendt $200 / $400? lets add the uber driver into the mix with the resturand ans the waiter?
